RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY（返品・交換ポリシー）

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review our return and exchange policy below.
1. Returns (Right of Withdrawal – EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be returned within 14 days after notification
2. General Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags and packaging must be attached
- Items must be in resalable condition
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Sale Items
- Items purchased at a discount or on sale are final sale and not eligible for refunds
- However, we may offer size exchanges on a case-by-case basis (subject to availability)
(Note: EU customers retain their statutory right of withdrawal even on sale items.)
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional)
We will provide return instructions upon approval.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Any customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Size changes
- Defective or damaged items
If you received a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

ご購入いただいた商品にご満足いただけない場合は、以下の返品・交換ポリシーをご確認ください。
1. 返品について（EUのお客様のクーリングオフ権）
EU圏にお住まいのお客様は、商品受領後14日以内であれば理由を問わず返品する権利があります。
- 商品到着後14日以内にご連絡ください
- ご連絡後14日以内に商品をご返送ください
2. 返品条件
以下の条件を満たす必要があります：
- 未使用・未洗濯・未加工であること
- タグ・パッケージがすべて付属していること
- 再販売可能な状態であること
3. セール商品について
- セール・割引商品は返品不可です
- ただし在庫がある場合に限り、サイズ交換を承る場合があります
※EUのお客様には、法令に基づく返品権が適用されます
4. 返品手続き
返品をご希望の場合は、以下までご連絡ください：

5. 返送料について
- 返送料はお客様のご負担となります
- 追跡可能な配送方法のご利用を推奨します
6. 返金について
返品商品到着後、内容を確認のうえ：
- 5〜10営業日以内に返金処理を行います
- 返金はご利用いただいたお支払い方法へ行われます
※送料・関税等は返金対象外です
7. 交換について
以下の場合、交換を承ります：
- サイズ交換
- 不良品・破損品
不良品の場合は、到着後7日以内に写真を添えてご連絡ください。
