Fabric Note
Moleskin fabric has a long history in hunting and military use. A lighter-weight alternative to denim or canvas, cotton moleskin has a tight weave made of thick threads which results in high wind-resistance and durability. Despite the decidedly rugged nature of its exterior, the brushed, soft interior of the fabric makes it comfortable for long term wear. Battenwear is proud of using fabrics that get better with use and age, and we are excited to wear this military moleskin until it develops a fine patina.
